1Delivery Coverage

We dispatch pan-India from our Nashik, Maharashtra facility through established transport and courier partners. Delivery to a specific pin code is confirmed in your quotation.

3Dispatch Terms & Freight

• ✦Dispatch is Ex-Factory or F.O.R. as agreed in the quotation or contract.
• ✦Freight, insurance and loading charges are shown separately unless the quotation says freight is included.
• ✦Bulk consignments move by road transport (LTL/FTL); samples and small parcels by courier.
• ✦We share the LR / tracking number once the consignment is dispatched.

4Risk, Insurance & Title

Risk passes to the buyer when goods are handed to the carrier, unless the contract states otherwise. Transit insurance can be arranged on request at the buyer’s cost. Title passes on full payment.

5On Delivery

• ✦Check the number of packages and their condition before signing.
• ✦Record any damage, leakage or shortage on the delivery receipt and take photos.
• ✦Report issues within 48 hours for visible damage, and within 14 days for other discrepancies — see Returns & Refunds.

6Delays

We will inform you promptly of any expected delay. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, such as weather, strikes, road closures, government restrictions or carrier disruption.
